In doing so, we realize we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell online customer information to any outside company or third party. If at any time you would like us to delete your registration information, feel free to contact us. Please be sure to include your email address and full name. Payment Options CellKeeper™ currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, your purchase will be charged when the order is placed. Order information Protecting your order information is a priority to us. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than CellKeeper™. Payment Policy & Sales Tax Pricing Policy Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry CellKeeper™. Sales Tax We charge required local and state taxes for Illinois only. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system. Returns & Exchanges Satisfaction Guaranteed Your satisfaction with CellKeeper™ merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. This date will be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Packages received after that date will be issued a merchandise credit which may vary depending on the current sale price of the item being returned. This merchandise credit will be e-mailed to you. All returned items must be in their original condition. Any items returned in any condition other than that in which it was originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. No items may be returned to any retail outlets that carry CellKeeper™. No items may be returned if the product has been customized. If you would like to exchange an item and are within the U.S., shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment. Please note that International customers will be charged a standard shipping fee for all exchanges. That fee will be determined by country and order size. Credit Card Refunds Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent. Cancellations Cancellations may not be made within 48 hours of a products scheduled ship date. Changes or cancellations to custom orders must be submitted no more than 72 hours after the initial purchase order has been placed. Back to Top Shipping Shipping Options Types of Delivery: Standard (Ground): Standard orders will be processed, pending credit card approval, within four business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Overnight (Air): Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received by 3PM CST and credit card authorization is obtained. Please note that overnight delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APO/FPO, and all other orders outside the Continental United States. Also note that we do not offer UPS Air delivery for Saturday delivery. All air orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday only. Shipping Costs: Domestic Ground Ground shipping charges in the United States are determined by the order amount. Orders may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) International Shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order and the destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the transaction. All international orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility. A street address and telephone number is required. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO. Back to Top Order Status & Tracking Order Confirmation If you provide a valid email address at the time you place your order you will receive two confirmations: The first will confirm the placement of your order The second will confirm the shipment of your order Out of Stock Items While CellKeeper™ makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in the shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address). Tracking Your Order When your order is shipped via UPS, an order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier. Delivery Time When estimating when your CellKeeper™ merchandise will arrive, please consider the following: - Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing - Overnight orders placed after 3PM CST will not be processed until the following day - Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays - Overnight delivery is not available on Sunday - There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carries do not pickup or deliver Order Status Feel free to e-mail our customer service department at any time to check the status of your order.
